POWERFIT Es un programa de entrenamiento formado por 3 bloques con ejercicios enlazados y combinados a manera de tri-serie, que logran ejercitar todos los grupos musculares utilizando carga progresiva mediante una barra con discos recargables e intercambiables. Estos 3 blo- ques en tri-serie, a su vez están intercalados con segmentos de trabajo cardiovascular, en total 2: uno con la utilización del step y otro con pasos básicos de aeróbica; ambos mediante el esti- lo libre y movimientos atléticos.
