Los movimientos pueden ser utilizados tanto para realizar una sesion completa con el elemento 

como para realizarlos aisladamente dentro de una sesion combinada.

This is a full sesion on the floor with the stability ball.

The ball is a very versatile element at the time of looking for different targets.

We will focus on control, balance, mobility and streght in a midlevel mixed class with a great 

challenge, the movement can be used in a complete class from the top, or just 

isolating movements in a circuit or studio session
